But.. but… Black president!

I put this up on my other blog (yes, I have a LiveJournal, don’t hate me.)

I’m waiting for some of my conservative LJ friends to claim there must be some other reason sixty black kids were ushered out of the pool.

I admire their really wanting to believe that racism doesn’t exist anymore - Hell, I wish it wasn’t around anymore, too. But the naivete of some conservatives is just astounding.

Did you see how many comments were on the original article?  90% of them will make you think you’ve been transported to 1940.  I am so angry I could smash something right now.
